Auto BCC automatically sends a blind carbon copy (BCC) of every email to your CRM system’s tracking address. This allows your CRM to:
Log all email communications in contact records
Maintain a complete history of customer interactions
Connect email engagement with sales opportunities
Create a single source of truth for customer communications
The Auto BCC feature works with campaigns and automations, but is not available for transactional emails. This helps maintain the highest possible deliverability for your critical transactional communications.
Find your CRM’s tracking email address (usually provided in your CRM settings)
Enter this address in the designated field in Brew
Save your changes
Keep the Auto BCC field populated with your CRM’s tracking address to maintain functionality. Removing this address will prevent email engagement data from appearing in your CRM.
Record all outgoing emails and automatically add contacts to Salesforce using your pre-generated Email to Salesforce address.
In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Email > Email to Salesforce
Find your unique BCC email address
Copy this address into the BCC email address field in Brew’s CRM Sync settings
For optimal synchronization, ensure your sender email address is registered as a user in your Salesforce organization.
HubSpot
Log all outgoing emails and add new contacts to HubSpot using your pre-generated BCC address.
In HubSpot, go to Settings > Properties & Data > Email Forwarding
Find your unique BCC email address
Copy this address into the BCC email address field in Brew’s CRM Sync settings
For best results, make sure your sending domain is verified in HubSpot and that your sender email is associated with a HubSpot user account.
Other CRMs
Most modern CRMs offer email tracking capabilities through a dedicated BCC address. Look for features like:
Email forwarding
Email tracking
Email to CRM
Email capture
Once you’ve found your CRM’s tracking email address, add it to your Brew settings to enable synchronization.
Some CRMs may require additional configuration, such as adding your sender email to an allowlist or registering it as a user in the system. Check your CRM’s documentation for specific requirements.
