Brew Recommendations analyzes your audience engagement patterns, industry benchmarks, and company profile to create ready-to-use email templates across all three types:- Campaigns: One-time emails like newsletters, promotions, and announcements
- Automations: Triggered sequences like welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, and customer win-back flows
- Transactional Emails: Essential communications like order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account updates
Where to Find Brew Recommendations
Brew Recommendations appear in two locations within the app:
- Recommendations shuffle every 10 seconds to show new ideas
- The type of recommendations changes based on your selection in the dropdown (Campaigns, Automations, or Transactional Emails)
- Click any recommendation to use it as a starting point for your email
Switch between Campaigns, Automations, and Transactional Emails in the dropdown to see different types of recommendations.
Using Brew Recommendations

Select a recommendation
Choose a recommendation by clicking on it either from the Create page or from your emails pages.

Review and customize
Review the suggested content and make any necessary adjustments to align it with your specific campaign needs or business goals.

Send or activate
Once you’re satisfied with the recommendation:
- Campaigns: Click “Send” or “Schedule” to deliver the email
- Automations: Toggle the status to “Active” to start the automation
- Transactional Emails: Toggle the status to “Active” to enable the transactional email
